Not Quite a year!

Not quite a year since i have blogged. I think I may start again and give all of the year updates...and there are lots of them! Stay tuned!

100 Degrees

100 Degrees, thats about the average temperature around here lately.

Although I would like to blame my absence from here on the heat, I cant. We have been so busy helping out Mels Dad with an extention on his house, its been crazy. He is building an extention for a HOT TUB!!! Nice is what I say, I shall enjoy it IF they let me in.

Other than that excuse, we have been settling in the new digs. We have figured that someone likes to borrow tools(like my lawnmower) and not return them. So, we are building a fence a little sooner than I would like. This way I dont have to worrow about my freaking lawnmower growing legs!!

Amber and Andre also gave us their 12ft pool today(think its 12 ft). Its one of these inflatable top pools. We have to wait till the fence is up but it will do deffinately fine for us to cool down.

Happy b-day to Byck and Happy anniversary to Bullines and Mrs Bullines(Dena)!!!! Many years ahead!!! for all of us!
Oh yeah, and Happy bday to me on Canada day!

The Hammer

Well the hammer came down at work the other day. Phew!!! it didnt involve me! Three supervisors, one trainer and one "corporate" position(s) were eliminated! Thank God I actually "worked" last year unlike the unlucky fellas who are now hunting on the unemployment line.

In happier times, we have set a date for the life changing event. Big surprise, its October 7th, 2006. Its not this thanksgiving, but the next!

Ummmmm, by the way we are all moved into the house and its fantastic actually calling something ours(other than an SUV). If you havent seen it yet, drop on by! Pictures to come soon...

Good Saturday morning!

Tuesday night I took the big step. I bought a best friend for Melanie. Yes, that means I proposed. Of course...she accepted. You can pull up your jaw now:)

Its the right time and the right women for me, I Love you Melanie!

We have not set a date, although her family seems to have Thanksgiving of 2006 in mind. Which as it seems, I may not have a choice with but im told I am just supposed to agree and nod yes twice to everything now. Its in my best interest:)

Both Families know the big news now and are excited...

Subject: New Job & Therapy

I figure I better start talking about the other guys now that i have this little ditty going.

Beary has landed a fantastic new job in his current city of Toronto at WebCast Tv. He is on day four of his new vocation and he is lovin every minute of it!!!! Hey, thats a quote from a comedy show, do you know from what show? Let me know, ill tell you...

I could type forever but I wont. But I will tell you how relaxing this is. Its also very theraputic. We take the risk of alot of people seeing it just to lay it all out there for us to vent. Odd...but good.

My head has been Hunted!

Its official, my head has been Hunted!! No, its not the government for tax evasion…shhhh…don’t tell!


No, but really, my old Boss who left Teletech, which is my current employer, and went to Clarica asked me over to offer me a package. Clarica by the way provides "Health insurance... life insurance... investments." So, anyhow I went over to the office today to grab a glance at what she had to offer to me.

Let me tell you that it’s nothing to dismiss at a glance, that’s for sure. It’s a very intense hiring process. The first step is for to take a 300 question test (to see if I’m crazy I guess) , and I have to take an insurance course(and pass) and then go through another few interview rounds and they will not hire anyone if they do not fit a specific template. The best part is I can do all of these processes without quitting my existing job to find out if I’m right for the job.

You know, my last job I was at for five years and my current job I will be at for three years this summer. They do say that you will have 4-6 careers in a lifetime and I guess that I’m right on track to match that crazy statistic!

More News....Im fired...

Today Chris is jealous that he doesnt have any news like Pat, Beary and I. Well I hate to rub it in, but I have more!!! I was dismissed from my duties at the Canadian Tire Gas bar today.....sounds funny eh? I skipped out of a graveyard shift because of Melanie and I and the owner took me out of the schedule. I had to learn this through the grapvine....so yeah...other people knew i was fired before I even had the chance to quit:) Yeah, its not so bad because I couldnt keep doing those shifts. Chris, I think you should get a second job so you can create your own soap opera or news worthly news:)

Apparently not......& Broken Heart

Well apparently it was not any system settings in my computer that was stopping me from accessing this blogger. All I needed was the magic of Chris Bellini!!!

Chris took over my computer today and worked his wonders....and I'm in!

News is that im single at the moment. I let some things take the better of me and asked my Melanie to leave. Sounded good at the moment.....two weeks have went by.....and its not a good thing right now. I miss her like I have never missed her before. I love her like I have never loved her before. Some are calling it loneliness.....I call it realization. I can work on things with her now that my walls have fallen and my mind is letting my feelings come through. For some reason I was holding my feelings in....so i wouldnt get hurt?....not sure.....the way i grew up?....maybe.....but either way...its time for my life to change..for the best...I love you Melanie Chartier..xoxo

Well well, this is my first Blog. I am little behind on my friends editions, thats for sure. I know that I will update it much more than Bycker!

The only interesting thing that I have to share today is that I now have a part-time job at the Canadian Tire gas bar in Timmins. I work the Sat night shift for now and I will see how much cashola it gets me.
